The mountain has always been a tremendous source of inspiration throughout the ages. From the philosopher to the mountaineer to the writer, it fascinates everyone
I was born in Samokov, a town surrounded by beautiful mountains, which sparked my passion for hiking, skiing, and the outdoors. My grandfather taught me to ski when I was just 3 or 4 years old, and since then, I have continued to hone my skills and pursue these activities with dedication.
I am now a professional ski instructor, and I am passionate about my work
Known as Chamkoria until the middle of the 20th century, is a popular Bulgarian mountain resort situated in Sofia Province, on the northern slopes of Rila mountain, at an elevation of 1350 m.
Borovets is located approximately 10 km from Samokov.
Borovets is the oldest Bulgarian winter resort with its history dating back to 1896. Borovets was originally established at the end of the nineteenth century as a hunting place for the Bulgarian rulers.
In the 20th century, Borovets gradually was developed into a modern ski resort with hotels, restaurants, bars and a network of ski runs and lifts along the slopes of the Rila Mountains, providing a whole range of winter sports. The resort has hosted World Cup twice, Alpine Skiing rounds (1981 and 1984), while the Biathlon track is one of the best in the world.
With over 10 years of experience, I take pride in having built a loyal base of satisfied clients and lasting friendships. Whether you're a seasoned skier looking to refine your skills or a beginner eager to make quick progress, I can help you reach your goals efficiently. Private lessons offer the fastest path to improvement, and I am committed to helping you unlock your full potential and achieve results beyond your expectations
Borovets Resort is an ideal destination for skiers of all levels, whether you're a beginner or an advanced skier. The resort offers three distinct ski areas to explore: the slopes in front of the Rila Hotel, Martinovi Baraki, and Sitnyakovo Express. The second area, Yastrebets Express, is also excellent for skiing, while the third area, Markudjik, is located at the highest point of the resort. From the top of Markudjik, you can enjoy breathtaking views, especially on clear days when Musala Peak—the highest peak in Bulgaria and the entire Balkan Peninsula at 2,925 meters—is visible
